Ingredients

  • 1 or 1/2 boned rabbit
  • 2 or 3 dried plums
  • 100 ml of red wine
  • 2 onions
  • 100g mashed potatoes
  • 2 carrots
  • 50 gr mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or corn flour
  • 100 ml olive oil, salt and spices

Preparation

  1. Consider buying a boneless and chopped rabbit to have it ready for its elaboration.
